Simon has 25 years experience in management consulting and project management. He has worked with some of the largest biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies on site start up projects, business process redesign and supply chain improvement.

With a background in manufacturing he has worked with many businesses to introduce lean techniques and process oriented organisation.

Christelle Simpson-Platre

Christelle has 15 years management consulting experience in the bio and pharma industry, working mainly in development, drug safety and manufacturing operations.

With a PharmD in Analytical Chemistry and a background in Quality and Regulatory Compliance, she has worked on a number of multi-national assignments which have contributed to organisation and process improvements.

Richard Gahan

Richard has a Degree in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration and is an expert in:
Programme Management, Manufacturing Start-ups, Project evaluation and justification, Feasibility Studies / Grant Applications, Patents and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Product line relocation, Technology Transfers and Plant Closures.

David Bain

David is a chemist by profession with 23 years experience in the bio and pharma industry, both as a consultant and manager in leading multinational companies. He has extensive programme / project management and operational experience. David has worked in the UK, Ireland, continental Europe, the US and Africa. He has well-developed interpersonal skills and brings a pragmatic approach to assignments.

Vince Creamer

Vince is a chemist by profession with 25 years experience in the bio and pharma industry, both as a consultant and senior manager in international blue chip companies. His wide ranging experience covers project and programme management and includes product introduction and transfers across continents. Working in the Quality environment, Vince has led major remediation projects as well as rolling out a Quality systems across a multinational organisation. He has completed assignments in the UK, continental Europe, the US and South Africa.
