Our work with Allergan Pharmaceuticals.

The work we are doing at the Allergan facility in Westport, Ireland, is an good example of a site transition project which includes elements of organisational development.

We are supporting the director team as they transform the site from a lens-care solution operation into a hi-tech specialty pharmaceutical global supply centre with product development capabilities.

We initially helped the team to develop the strategic plan for the transition, as well as the milestone plans for making it happen.

We were also involved in the development of the culture of the new organisation, and the definition of the necessary new skills, competencies and size.

Other activities included enhancing the management team performance and leadership-for-change capabilities; and facilitating third party partnership arrangements including the identification of high potential partners.
