Pfizer Lipitor Tablet Plant

The Ringaskiddy, Cork plant was built to manufacture Lipitor tablets.

It is one of the world's best selling pharmaceutical products.

Our work here included creating the site development plan from initial start-up to commercial supply, and project management of activities including interactions between the prime contractor and key internal functions, both global and local.

We also set up management reporting and project control mechanisms.

Other involvement included development of the organisational design of the plant, and design of the recruitment process (including assessment centre) & the induction / learning programmes for all employees.

We helped to develop the Quality Plan, and facilitated the development of Technology Transfer plans including analytical methods.

We also facilitated operations management during the start-up phase.
