Quality Integration Project

Following the acquisition of an international vaccines company,

it was decided to integrate the existing Quality System into the newly acquired division and roll out the company Quality Manual.

The scope of the project was:

• Sites in US, UK, Germany, and Italy
• Site in India with limited engagement

Our role was to project manage the process through both globally and locally using 4 “S” approach

• Seek
• Solve
• Sustain

It also included the provision of technical support in the area of regulatory compliance, pharmacovigilance, clinical auditing and stability management.
