New site start-ups are challenging and complex projects.

Over the years we've built up considerable experience in this area.

Our expertise covers strategy development, site selection, start-up mobilisation, developing the Project Definition document, establishing a Programme Management Office, developing an integrated programme schedule, timeline acceleration, and establishing project reporting & control mechanisms.

We also perform an interim management role prior to the recruitment of key staff, and support operational start-up in key functions including Quality and Validation.
